The assessment results, recommendations, content, and any related services are designed to support your business decisions — but they are not a guarantee of any specific income, growth, or outcome. Your results depend on your own work, market conditions, and many other factors outside of our control.

Intellectual property

All Meshia content, frameworks, copy, designs, and assessments are the intellectual property of Meshia. You may not copy, resell, or republish them without written permission. You may, of course, use the personalized recommendations from your own assessment in your own business.

Paid offers

If you purchase an offer from Meshia, additional terms may apply to that specific offer (for example, scheduling, deliverables, refund policy). Those terms will be presented before purchase.

Changes to the Service

We may update or change the Service, the assessment, or these Terms at any time. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of liability
